Reservations
Reservations are taken any time along with a
deposit to ensure your items will be ready for your
delivery or pick up. This deposit will make your
reservation firm. We will hold the deposit until
the rental items have been returned and checked for
damage.

Delivery
Delivery and pick up is available for a
fee. Delivery is available to the the door at
street level. When delivery is made, the count of
the items must be accepted unless we are notified
immediately prior to your event.

Pick Up
When a pick up is needed, please have all the
china, glassware, etc. put back in the proper racks or
boxes. Our dishes need to be rinsed of any
food. Tables and chairs are to be folded and
stacked under cover. There will be an added charge
for this service if not done unless prior arrangements
have been made with us. Please be sure all items
are protected from weather and secured when not in use.

Payment
A full payment of rental items is needed at the
time of delivery or pick up at the rental store.
We honor American Express, Discover, Visa and Mastercard.

Damage
You as the lessee, are responsible for all items
from the time they are dropped off until the time of
return. This also pertains to items you pick up
from the rental store. A replacement charge on any
burned, lost or badly stained linens will be
added. To prevent mildew, make sure linens are
dry, and free of refuse before folded. There will
be a charge for missing, chipped and unusable items.
